Hello I’m Bryan Gielen. I’m proud to call the East Bay my home. Over the years, I’ve built
a life and career rooted in entrepreneurship, community, and helping others achieve
their goals. I started with Bay IC Repair, providing trusted computer and phone repair
services for the locals in Castro Valley, and expanded into real estate investing, private
lending, and other business ventures. I’ve always enjoyed combining hands-on problem
solving with bigger-picture strategy, and I approach every venture with creativity,
purpose, honesty, and dedication.

Being bilingual in Spanish has given me the opportunity to connect with and serve an
even wider range of people in our community. Whether it’s helping someone navigate
the real estate process, guiding them through an investment opportunity, or simply
explaining a technical repair, I believe in communication, trust, and making the entire
process as stress-free as possible. My goal is to create real value to others while
keeping things approachable and personal.

What drives me most is building long lasting relationships. I see business as more than
